Sleep too late again yesterday and insomnia

    Oh, I went to bed to sleep too late yesterday, almost at 2:30 in this morning. Because of having a party with some classmates, drinking, singing to 2:00 at this morning. Then ,when I went back to home, it was about 2:30. So, this night is a insomnia night.

    Yes, as to go to work on time, I have to get up before 8:00 at this morning. And because of sleeping time not enough, so I am feeling tired too. But, there was nothing else to choose.

    Sleep too late, is a Indirect Insomnia. So, I really do not like sleep too late, and I hope this case is less and less in the future.

I am back and Recovery from Insomnia

    The day before yesterday, I went to bed at about 5:00 in that morning, and sleep only for 2 hours. So, in that day and yesterday, I felt very tired, and is was very hard for me to focus on what I was doing.

    So, the efficiency of work was very low and almost could not  done a good job. Not only could not done a good job, but also could not have happiness in the life. My appetite is very good in common, but in these two days, I found that my appetite was not so good as before because of insomnia. Oh, How much impact the insomnia make to me.

    So, my dear friends, I hope we all should not go to bed too late. Yes, if we do so, we will have to pay two or more days to recovery from it. And, this case will low our work  efficiency.

Sleep too late last night–Indirect Insomnia

   Yesterday, I and co-workers played very crazy, had some entertainment still to nearly 5:00 this morning, and when I go to bed to sleep, it was about 5:15 in this morning.

    Because of having a meeting at 9:00 this morning, so, I had to get up at 8:00 this morning, washing, having breakfast, and going to the meeting place. I am too tired to focue on the theme and content in the meeting.

    So, although in the process of sleep last night, I did not face to insomnia. But, as to sleep too late, it is Indirect Insomnia on the sleeping time point of view. Dear my friends, please do not do what I had to last night, and keep a good sleep habit is so important to avoid insomnia.
